Factors Row and Factors Walk are located on a bluff just above the River Walk on Savannah River. Factors Row is a unique collection of 19th century red brick buildings, formerly a center of commerce for Savannah’s cotton factors, or brokers. Factors Row was also home to the original Cotton Exchange, where cotton factors, or brokers, set prices worldwide.

Hutchinson Island is a river island in the Savannah River, north of downtown Savannah. The island is formed where the Back River breaks off to the north from the Savannah River. Historically, Hutchinson Island's land use has been primarily industrial, much of which supported the Port of Savannah, one of the busiest containerization cargo ports in the world. The island is roughly 7 miles long and 1 mile wide at its widest point.

This is the place to be when you have no reason to be anywhere else.

Find it on River Street adjacent to the Savannah River and one block North of Bay Street. It is recommended that you park along Bay Street or within a few blocks of Bay Street and then walk down to River Street and Rousakis Plaza.

Echo Square is located in the Rousakis Plaza  across River Street from Bob's Your Uncle - Fannie''s Your Aunt store.

It is simply a gray square in the concrete. If you step in the square and speak, you can hear your voice as an echo but the people immediately outside the square can not hear you. The square works as an echo chamber. It is a fun and unique experience for people of all ages.
